Welcoming Our New HR Director

Our skilled nursing facility is humbled to provide exceptional care to our community in Jefferson, Ohio. In doing so, we know that we have to fill our team with employees who are dedicated to our Culture of Care. We'd like to welcome a new member of the team who exemplifies these values. Help give a warm welcome to our new HR Director, Jennifer Brooks!

Although Jennifer is new to Jefferson Healthcare Center, she is a familiar face to our Foundations Health Family. She has worked at our sister facility, Heather Hill, since March 19, 2021. She has worn several different hats, one being a Social Service Designee when she was at Heather Hill.



Jennifer has been in the healthcare industry since 2001, working in many different nursing homes. She has done a little bit of everything except being a Nurse. Jennifer was looking for a new challenge when she saw this position come up, and we think she fits the role perfectly as Jefferson Healthcare Center's new HR Director.
