October Employee of the Month

We are excited to recognize Noelle as Jefferson Healthcare Center's Employee of the Month! Since joining us as a receptionist in May of 2022, Noelle’s passion for helping people has truly shone through. Her genuine love for our residents is what motivates her each day, and she says they are the highlight of her job.



Originally from North Carolina, Noelle brings her warm southern hospitality to our community. One of her favorite memories at Jefferson Healthcare is the fun day when residents got to throw pies in the faces of the staff, which brought lots of laughter and joy to everyone.

Noelle is also a proud dog mom to two pups, Maya and Ranger, and Maya even used to join her at work on the weekends! In her free time, Noelle enjoys running, studying Spanish, and cuddling with her dogs. She’s checked exciting adventures like paragliding and skydiving off her bucket list, but still dreams of learning to surf one day.
