Meet Our Therapy Team

The Therapy Department at a nursing home is an integral part of residents' well-being and their journey to recovery. At Jefferson Healthcare Center, our team provides top-notch rehabilitation services, improving mobility and quality of life for our residents. Through compassionate care and personalized treatment plans, our therapists help residents regain independence, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment. To thank them for all their hard work, we want to highlight our awesome team!
Evan has been a Therapist for six years and is our Physical Therapist Assistant. He grew up in Conneaut and currently lives in North Kingsville with his wife and two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and pickleball.
Anna has been a Therapist for 14 ½ years and is our Occupational Therapist Assistant. She grew up and currently lives in Jefferson with her husband and two children, Lily and Lucas. When she's not rehabbing our residents, you'll find her spending time with her family and friends outside when the weather is nice.
Andrew has been a Therapist for 10 ½ years and is our Therapy Director and Physical Therapist Assistant. He grew up in Kingsville and currently lives in Jefferson with his wife, three dogs, and three kids. He enjoys watching and playing sports in his spare time.
Beth graduated from KSU in 2006 and has been an SLP in skilled nursing facilities for 17 years. She is currently our Speech Language Pathologist. She grew up in Ravenna Township and currently lives in Champion with her two sons, Braeden and Jacob.
Amie has been a Physical Therapist for five years and is our awesome Physical Therapist. She grew up in Braceville, Ohio, and currently lives in Ashtabula. While Amie's not at work, she enjoys reading, journaling, and playing a variety of sports including volleyball, softball, and tennis.
Gabby has been a Therapist for nine years and is our Occupational Therapist. She grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania, and currently lives in Ashtabula with her lovely fiance. When she's not rehabbing our residents, you'll find her reading and hanging out with her family.
