Employee Spotlight - Phil Middleton

We would like to congratulate Phil Middleton RN for being Jefferson Healthcare's spotlight employee! Here is what Phil had to say:

"My name is Phil and I am a Registered Nurse. I graduated from Kent State University in May, 2020. I decided to pursue nursing while serving alongside the Marine Corps as a US Navy Corpsman where I had the opportunity to work with some of the worlds finest nurses. I got to experience first hand what rigorous training and education nurses receive and knew I wanted to be one since it is the nurses who can always be found in the most adverse conditions helping other people.



I appreciate being nominated to be this months employee spotlight though I would like to use this brief opportunity to thank all the staff at JHC for helping me grow as a new nurse-- especially the other nurses and support staff be it the STNA's, Laundry, kitchen, housekeeping and all others; you guys rock and I am honored to be a part of your team.
