October Employee of the Month

In celebrating our October Employee of the Month at Jefferson Healthcare Center, we shine our spotlight on Sheila DiBell, LPN!

Sheila made her dreams of becoming a nurse a reality in 2001. Her deep dedication and affection for her residents, whom she considers an extension of her own family, is so special. Sheila's daily blessings include her relationships and the genuine care she experiences with the JHC staff, where they are not just colleagues but family.



Sheila married her soulmate in August 2011, and together they are parents to two daughters and two sons, as well as loving grandparents to nine wonderful grandchildren. But their family doesn't end there. At home, they have four dogs: Izzy, Piper, Pixie, and Stella.
