July Employee of the Month

Jefferson Healthcare Center wants to give our community a peak inside the lives of our team, who work hard to provide quality care to our residents. This month, we are highlighting our July Employee of the Month, Barb Norris!

Barb does a fantastic job keeping our facility feeling clean and looking beautiful. She is our wonderful Housekeeping Supervisor. She goes above and beyond, making sure the residents and staff are taken care of and have what they need.

Everyone enjoys being around Barb, residents and co-workers alike. They have shared things like, "She is always there to help out." Others have complimented her character and work ethic by saying, "Barb is compassionate, a hard worker, funny, always listens, and is easy to talk to."



Barb would describe her career as fulfilling and rewarding. She loves being able to help people in any way possible; that is why she chose to work in healthcare. Coming in to ensure the residents are happy and have a clean environment motivates Barb. We are so lucky to have someone like her who is committed to making a difference in our residents' lives.

Barb grew up in Rock Creek, Ohio. While she is not at work, Barb enjoys spending time with her family and taking her mom to the casino. She takes excellent care of her mom and loves spending quality time with her.
