Jefferson Healthcare Center Welcomes Dietician

Jefferson, Ohio - We would like to welcome Bridget Smith RD LD as our new dietitian at Jefferson Healthcare Center. Bridget is originally from Pittsburgh, where she practiced accounting. Bridget and her husband decided to move to Northeast Ohio to enjoy Lake Erie, where she was lucky enough to have the chance to pursue another career. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences in 1998 after finishing the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Bridget has worked in skilled and long term care ever since. Bridget states, "I have been fortunate enough to grow professionally and personally with every company I have been with." She enjoys sailing on Lake Erie, taking walks, and skiing with my dogs on the Greenway Trail. I am also a volunteer guardian with Catholic Charities of Ashtabula County.
