Our team here at Jefferson Healthcare is filled with amazing individuals that put their all into making our facility feel like a home for our residents. We wanted to give our community and families a peak of the faces behind the masks that take care of your loved ones every day.

We want to take a moment to spotlight Carolyn Carter, LPN.

She was chosen as our spotlight by a resident's family member. The family member stated, "Carolyn has treated my mom like family. I can sleep better when she is working. She continuously goes above and beyond at everything she does."

Carolyn graduated from nursing school in 2009. She has always known she wanted to work in the medical field. It wasn't until after becoming a mom of 4 and spending some time in the hospitals with them that she realized she wanted to be a nurse. Carolyn states, "it is truly a work of the heart."

Carolyn has been employed at Jefferson Healthcare Center since 2015. Every day she comes in with a smile, a great attitude, and a caring heart. We are so lucky to have Carolyn on our team to provide excellent care and service to our residents.
