February Employee of the Month

Cindy Marion, LPN, is our February Employee of the Month, and her dedication speaks volumes! With 17 years of service to our company, nearly six of those at Jefferson Healthcare Center, Cindy embodies commitment and compassion. Her dedication to providing our residents with the highest level of care is truly commendable.

Cindy values teamwork and acknowledges the importance of her colleagues in every department. She recognizes their hard work and acknowledges that she couldn't fulfill her role without their support and collaboration.



Outside of work, Cindy's nurturing spirit extends to her family. With six children and five grandchildren, she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones. One grandchild, whom she has cared for since infancy, remains a constant presence in her life, a testament to her boundless love and devotion. Additionally, Cindy and her husband are approaching a significant milestone as they prepare to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary in April.

Cindy's dedication to her profession, her family, and her community exemplifies the values we hold dear at our skilled nursing facility. We congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition and thank her for her invaluable contributions!
